Thank you for using Nova products and services! As we can't personally meet each user, we've established these Terms of Service to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

These terms constitute an agreement between you and Nova, Mikheil Tsinamsavrishvili street, N 52, attic, Tbilisi city, Georgia.

When we say «Company», «we», «our», or «us» in this document, we're referring to Nova.

When we mention «Services», we mean any product developed and maintained by Nova, including novadoit.com, whether accessed via web browser, desktop application, mobile application, or other means.

When we say «You» or «your», we're addressing individuals or organizations with an account for one or more of our Services.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically.

By using our Services now or in the future, you accept the most current version of these Terms. This applies to all existing and future products and any features we may add to our Services over time. Our decision not to enforce any part of these Terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce them later. These terms include limitations on our liability.

Violation of any of these terms may result in the termination of your account.

Account Terms

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Nova cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  2. You are responsible for all content and activity under your account, including content posted by others who have (a) access to your login credentials, or (b) their own logins under your account.
  3. Accounts must be registered by humans. Accounts created by automated methods or «bots» are not permitted.

Payment Terms

  1. Certain features of our Services may require payment.
  2. Payments can be made as one-time transactions. Details about pricing and plan differences are available on our pricing page.
  3. All prices for our Services include VAT and applicable local taxes.

Service and Pricing Modifications

  1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our Services temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice.
  2. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing structure. While we strive to exempt existing customers from these changes, we may sometimes need to modify prices for current customers as well. In such cases, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address associated with your account. We may also post notifications about these changes on our website.

Reliability, Security, and Privacy

  1. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. We provide these Services on an «as is» and «as available» basis. Although we don't offer service-level agreements for most Services, we take application uptime very seriously.
  2. We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage patterns of other Service customers. We will contact the account owner before taking such action except in rare situations where excessive use may negatively impact Service performance for other customers.
  3. We implement extensive measures to protect and secure your data through backups, redundancies, and encryption. We enforce encryption for all data transmitted from the public Internet.
  4. When using our Services, you entrust us with your data. We take this responsibility seriously. You agree that Nova may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose.
  5. We utilize certain third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to operate our Services.

Copyright and Ownership of Content

  1. All content posted through the Services must comply with EU copyright law.
  2. We claim no intellectual property rights over materials you provide to the Services. All uploaded materials remain your property.
  3. The names, look, and feel of the Services are copyright© to the Company. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from the Company. You must request permission to use the Company's logo or any Service logos for promotional purposes. Please email us with requests to use logos. We reserve the right to revoke this permission if you violate these Terms of Service.
  4. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without the express written permission of the Company.
  5. You must not modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with the Services or the Company.

Features and Software Issues

We design our Services with care, based on our own experience and user feedback. However, we recognize that no service can satisfy everyone's specific needs. We do not guarantee that our Services will meet your particular requirements or expectations.

While we thoroughly test all features before release, our Services, like any software, may contain bugs. We actively track reported issues and prioritize fixes, particularly those related to security or privacy concerns. Not all reported bugs will be addressed, and we cannot guarantee completely error-free Services.

Limitation of Liability

To summarize our position on liability:

You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use the Services; (ii) the cost of procuring substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to these Terms of Service or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.
